hotlikehell.com is a marketplace that connects customers needing HVAC services with independent HVAC technicians. We are not an HVAC company. We do not employ technicians. We provide the platform for customers and technicians to connect.

Customer Terms

• You must be 18 or older to use the platform
• You agree to provide accurate information when posting a job
• You agree to treat technicians with respect
• Posting false or fraudulent jobs is prohibited
• You are responsible for verifying a technician's credentials before hiring
• Payment for services is between you and the technician directly

Technician Terms

• You must be a licensed HVAC technician in your state to offer services
• You are responsible for maintaining your own licenses and insurance
• You agree to provide accurate information about your qualifications
• You agree to treat customers with respect and professionalism
• Claiming jobs you cannot fulfill is prohibited
• hotlikehell.com reserves the right to remove any technician account

Free Launch Period

During our free launch period, all platform features are available at no charge to customers or technicians. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with advance notice to users.

Limitation of Liability

hotlikehell.com is a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for the quality of work performed by technicians, disputes between customers and technicians, or any damages arising from services arranged through the platform. Use the platform at your own risk.

Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake accounts or reviews
• Harassment of any platform user
• Attempting to circumvent the platform for repeat business
• Posting spam or irrelevant content
• Any illegal activity

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion, without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
